Online Returns Policy

In Gracias Skate Shop we are committed to fully satisfy you with every item you purchased from us. Please read carefully our return policy. If you have any question, please not hesitate to contact us, your business is very important to us.

Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since you receive your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

All products must be returned in unworn, unwashed condition with the tickets attached. All merchandise must be returned in its original packing’s materials.

All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. Please keep in mind that store credits issued online must be used on an online purchase and can be transferable to our physical store. Refunds to the original form of payment are not performed for returns under any circumstance.

For an easy returns, you can summit a returns form that only can be used to return items purchased online at www.graciasskateshop.com. You can find the easy return form in the page footer link Easy Returns.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods like earring. Additional non-returnable items:

– Gift cards (no money back)

– Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without a return authorization (RA) number with the authorization form of your request. We will send you the RA to your email.

Gracias Skate Shop is not responsible for packages sent without RA number.

We cannot accept C.O.D on deliveries.

Gracias Skate Shop don’t guaranty the existence in inventory of the item returned for exchange.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

– Any item that is returned more than 15 days after receiving your purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you as a store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code. This E-Gift Card has no expiration date and can be use in the online store or in the physical ones.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your email and spam folder for details of your return. Then contact our company by email, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at graciasskateshop@gmail.com or contact us at 1-787-382-6799 from 11am to 6pm AST.

Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return once it is received by our personal.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacture.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your request at graciasskateshop@gmail.com and we will send you RA (return authorization) form with your RA number, then send your item with the form to: Gracias Skate Shop., 354 Calle de San Francisco, San Juan, 00901, United States.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issue to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund E-Gift card to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Gracias Skate Shop., 354 Calle de San Francisco, San Juan, 00901, United States.

It is Important to send it with the RA (return authorization) form and number that we issue after your request.

If you are approved after inspecting it, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to you as a E-Gift Card Value. This E-Gift Card has no expiration date and can be use in the online store or the physical ones.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return product to reach us, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Gracias Skate Shop, is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Wardrobing & Excessive Returns

Our Customer Protection Team also handles situations in which a customer’s return history may be indicative of fraudulent activity or wardrobing. In these situations, the Customer Protection Team will reach out to discuss the situation and work with you to either resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service going forward. While we never want to reject a customer, we must ensure the safety, welfare, and comfort of all our customer
